Former “American Idol” finalist Bo Bice has cancelled the final three dates on his acoustic tour (Tucson, Odessa, and Dallas) to instead hurry back into the studio to finish his second album. Bice’s new record is due for release in mid-September.

Two exciting young artists, Joss Stone and James Morrison, will head out on tour together this summer, beginning August 27 in Los Angeles and running through September 29 in Kansas City.

The All-American Rejects will play the Hard Rock Live in Orlando on September 15 as part of the Ambassadors of Rock Tour, a private show that fans can enter a sweepstakes to win tickets for. Check out www.hardrock.com for details.

Snow Patrol will tour Australia for the first time ever in September, beginning September 7 in Sydney and running for seven dates. Supporting the band will be Los Angeles indie rockers The Silversun Pickups and former Snow Patrol member Iain Archer, who is now a solo artist.

Blue October continues to tear up the road, and plans to do so again this fall with Yellowcard and Shiny Toy Guns. The tour begins September 20 in Atlanta and runs through November 10 in Orlando and are shown below with Yellowcard’s dates. And as for Yellowcard, the band’s new album, Paper Walls, hits streets on July 17. They will play a fee show to launch the NHL Entry Draft in Columbus, Ohio on June 22, and then will take part in the Vans Warped Tour beginning June 29. Cinematic Orchestra will headline two shows in New York City this summer to coincide with the release of its first studio album in five years, Ma Fleur. The first is a free show on July 7 at Central Park’s Summerstage, and the second is an intimate event at Joe’s Pub on July 8.
