First Crowded House decide to get back together, and now James is following suit.
Well, there’s two of my favorite bands from the ’90s. Surely this means a Jellyfish reunion tour is imminent…
…but, by God, I’ll go see a reunited Crowded House, anyway!
I was most pleased to see this land in my mailbox. The Kaiser Chiefs have a new record, Yours Truly, Angry Mob, set to drop on March 27. Here’s a stream to the first single, “Ruby.” Didn’t exactly blow my doors off like “I Predict a Riot” did, but it’s still a damn catchy tune. Enjoy.
Okay, it’s by no means their best single, but it’s a damn fine one just the same, and the video is a certifiable hoot. My favorite part was the birth-school-work-death sequence in the second chorus (hmmm, that gives me an idea for a future installment). But what was with Jools Holland’s makeup?
