If they had, then I doubt that Trent Reznor would be apearing in one their new ads. Not that I care, really. PETA and Nine Inch Nails both occupy a dark junk drawer of my heart slated to be cleaned out this spring. I think I’ll start wearing a coat of skinned rabbits. Something’s gotta up my celeb status sometime, and getting yelled at by PETA is often a great way of going about it.

Marilyn Manson is making a film about Lewis Carroll. Gee, I guess that’s good news for any of his ten remaining fans. Could it be bigger than the ’70s classic Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band? I doubt it. I doubt it’ll even be half as “interesting” as one single frame of that zany GG Allin. How obvious can Manson get? I don’t need him to school me on Carroll. I guess it beats twiddling your thumbs and releasing sucky albums, however.
You gotta love trying to figure things out. Like, how are hit singles chosen? Well, according to a recent study, the whole thing is possibly just a random affair. This explains why Scott Stampp can still get away with releasing albums, as well as the likes of Train and The Wallflowers. The more things change, the more they stay the same, except for my age, which pretty much knocks me out of the so-called target age group that rock and roll supposedly never forgets. That’s OK, this is exactly why satellite radio will eventually rule, because us old timers just wanna hear some good music and couldn’t really care less what’s burning up the charts.

Why anyone wants to take pictures of the spawn is beyond me, but it is what it is, I guess. But Spears has nothing to worry about as per the article, “Both the sheriff’s department and the California Highway Patrol said they are not investigating the incident.” Indeed. Who’d wanna get that close to rich trailer trash? I wonder if the Federlines ever go dumpster diving behind KFC or Taco Bell.
Damn, and I was soooo hoping for a quick ending to a lousy career. No suck luck. Three Doors Down lead singer Brad Arnold is recovering from sustained car accident injuries. Wait, why is the band even still around? Shouldn’t they all be selling Slurpees at 7-11 or something? No one seriously gives half a damn for Three Doors Down, do they? Well, do they?
