Looks like some dude perchance caught wind of Pete Townshend complaining about how listening to music on headphones can lead to hearing loss (brought to you HERE by ME – I’m taking credit for inspiring the following idiotic story) has decided to sue Apple, alleging that the iPod can cause hearing loss. Get outside much, sir? Do you really think you’re going to get some money? Go out and get a job and MAKE MONEY THE AMERICAN WAY!!!! Oh wait. That is the American way. Hot cha!
