To celebrate his (probably first of many) comeback(s), Jay-Z performed seven concerts around the US in 24 hours. Mind you, these were seven 30-minute concerts, but hey, in this day and age, you have to come up with something nifty to announce your return. And what better way than by getting the worst possible case of jet lag ever?
