The website Classic Rock Revisited has ten likely suspects…but some of them, methinks, are a bit iffy. Lord knows, however, that 8 - 10 are absolutely spot on…and #1 would be a lock in most folks’ lists:
I’ll go along with all of these but “New World Man.” Rush were into the Police, and this song, along with the next album’s “The Enemy Within,” were examples of that. Nothing wrong with liking the Police, in my book.
A bit power ballad-heavy, but I suppose that is to be expected. But either way, who proofread this thing? My editing skills are questionable at best, but this piece is a mess.
