Yes friends, Paul McCartney is the first artist to be signed to Starbuck’s new record label. So from Parlophone to Apple to Columbia to Capitol to…Starbucks. Did I leave anyone out? McCharmley will undoubtedly be warming the cockles of many hearts with his caffeine-free tunes.

This is awesome. If more top-shelf artists did that, the labels would be FINISHED. And then, at last, the long-overdue rebuilding of the system would begin.
