Who cares what Howard Stern does?
He still sucks! No, really, he does. He’s not worth half a billion for this kinda crap. And that’s not the Opie and Anthony fanboy in me saying this. It’s just…come on..,who cares? I guess the people who signed up for his huckster show do, so congrats on paying off his ripoff fee. Me, I’m drunk and call it like it is more than usual. No regrets. Hoo-hoo sucks.
Have you listened to his show on SIRIUS? It’s good.
And it sounds like XM is in trouble because of it.

Yes, I finally did hear a couple shows that were illegally downloaded and shared with yours truly, and I have to say I remain unimpressed. As far as XM being in trouble, I don’t see it, unless you’re referring to some recent iloveradio.org article.
Stern’s been rather bold in his on-air comments to suggest that if he’d signed with XM, they’d have 9 million listeners now (xm currently has 6 mil, and sirius 3). That’s hilarious. To assume you’re that good that you could virtually cause a closedown of an entire station is ridiculous.
But hey, the dog put all its apples in one basket, so it will be interesting to see where Sirius’ future development revenue goes.

All the numbers point to SIRIUS growing at a much faster rate than XM. XM also lost the NASCAR contract…not that I care about that “sport.”
I’ve listened to a lot of Stern lately and I never heard him talking about 9M XM listeners had he gone there. But, as a member of the O&A army, I’m sure you’re getting that info from an unbiased source, so I won’t question it.

My point is he’s not going on and on about it. The only time I’ve heard O&A mentioned on the Stern show is when Howard was commenting on the three guys out on the street calling themselves the O&A Army.
Of course! Actually there were plenty more than three. Hundreds is more like it. But of course Howie is going to make it sound like there were only three since he can’t stand O&A.
Oh, and I have to poo-poo on Howard because he reeks. It’s my job as an O&A pest after all.
